Commission slots are limited.

Once you review the details below, email me at jmvancleve@gmail.com with a brief description of your project. I will respond as soon as possible to confirm my availability, gather more information about your request, and share an estimate.

Please note that the commission is not finalized until I have reviewed your full request and given you a final quote.

All prices below are listed in USD and may change based on the complexity of the design.

Character drawings

Head and shoulders, single-character portrait:

  • $25 for black and white
  • $40 for color

Half-body, single-character portrait:

  • $35 for black and white
  • $60 for color

Full body, single-character portraits:

  • $50 for black and white
  • $80 for color

Group portraits (3 or more characters in one drawing):

  • Pricing varies based on the number of characters and complexity. Please reach out to me to discuss in more detail.

Payment and Terms

Payment

  • Payment is due in full before I begin the drawing.
  • I accept payment through Venmo or PayPal.
  • There are no refunds once I’ve started working on the commission.

Process

  • I’ll send you screenshots throughout the process, so you can share feedback.
  • I’ll let you know when each part of the design is locked from further changes (e.g., pose, lines, color choices). Major revisions after each part of the design is locked may involve additional fees.

Usage

  • I only accept commissions that are for personal use.
  • I reserve the rights to the final artwork, and may choose to share it on social media and in other online portfolios.
  • You can share the artwork on social media, but I ask that you credit me in your posts.
  • Please do not redistribute, resell, alter, or claim my artwork as your own.

Content

  • I reserve the right to turn down any commission request for any reason.
  • I will draw:
    • Fantasy characters, humanoids, simple creatures and monsters, armor, weapons, magical effects, mild gore
  • I will not draw:
    • NSFW content, extreme gore or violence, hateful or offensive material, complex creatures or monsters, heavy mechanical designs, mechs, or machinery
